Corteva’s largest seed brand, Pioneer, was looking to build an e-commerce platform for selling product. The seed sales are not your typical small bag of seed you’d pick up at the local store. The scale of these sales is $10k-100k. These sales are typically done through a sales rep in conjunction with an agronomist. The platform needed to portray confidence and allow consumers the ability to work with sales reps on their purchase, while still allowing them to be in control of the final sale. The mockups presented here were the initial concept to the business for budgeting and presentation purposes. These were the basis of our UX research and beginning of our discovery phase.
