As the lead creative for Schneider Electric’s Partner Program, I took the initiative to redesign the portal to solve known issues with the current version. The existing portal focuses on showcasing Schneider’s business, but does little to help partners grow their own. The growth of partners’ businesses would in turn create additional sales and revenue for Schneider. The main components I focused on were:
Customizable navigation that the partner could personalize to their own needs
Quick access to relevant marketing materials
A business component that helps partners know tools & techniques for their current growth stage
3rd-party integration for tracking online reviews and database listings
