Mapping the User Experience

There are times when an information architecture or site map does not convey the customer path through an application or website as intended.  For those times, we develop User Flows.  These might highlight user actions, steps to a process, decision trees, etc.   The collection here is a very small sample of the user flows I’ve mapped and created in the past.
